2011년 한국의 문화재청에서 귀 유네스코에 인류무형문화유산으로 등재신청한 택견은 한국의 80년대 군사정권하에서 당시 문화재청 전신인 문화재관리국이 조사자를 겁박하여
군사정권의 지침에 따라 부정하게 보고서를 쓰게 강제하고 부정지정한 종목이라는 증언과 인터넷신문 기사들이 한국내에 사회문제를 일으키고 있습니다.
처음 조사를 맡았던 조사자가 지정가치가 없다고 했으나 어찌된일인지 한국의 문화재청에서 재차 조사자를 바꿔 보고서를 쓰게 했고 두번째 조사자가 생전에 처음 조사자에 증언한것이 "위에서 시켜서 어쩔 수 없이 시키는데로 보고서를 썼다!"라고 합니다.
이 내용이 한국의 신문기사로 수년전부터 기사화되어 한국 국민들에 노출되고 있으며 한국 중앙대학교 교수를 지낸 분 증언도 같습니다.
본 저널에서 한국 문화재청에 사실관계를 전달하고 조사를 요청했으나 현상유지에 급급한지 민원을 수차 묵살하고 개인적 주장으로 호도하고 있는데 이는 옳지 못하다 생각합니다.
조사자가 그리고 증언자가 생존 해 있으니 얼마든지 사실을 판단할 기회가 있음에도 불구하고 무마하려는 한국의 문화재청이 옳은것인지는 차후 진행하며 공론화하여 판단하게 되겠지만
이런 군사정권의 필요에 의해 조사자를 겁박하여 지정된 한국의 택견이 유네스코인류무형문화유산 등재취지에 합당한지 질문합니다.
부언하여 한국 문화재청에서 11년 귀 유네스코에 등재시도 때 한국의 1800년대 문헌을 부분발췌, 인용하여 1800년대 종목을 수천년 역사를 왜곡한 정황이 뚜렷하며 (한국 문화재청 연구원 증언) 역사를 왜곡해서 등재하는것이 국제사회를 기망한것이 유네스코 지정취지에 맞는지 질문하니 답변 바랍니다.
한국내 언론사와 문화예술단체 그리고 무예단체들에서 지속적 문제제기되고 있으며 곧, 법적판단을 요구하게 될 예정이니 신중하게 답변 바랍니다.
